Well to start off if you were being harrased or disrespected,you could easily just do a F1 report or report him on the forums,there wasn't really a need to disrespect him back which could also lead you to trouble. You were constantly disrespecting and harrasing other users and the staff members,you also have recent ban and warnings.
You've put no effort in your application and you don't seem to be sorry for your actions,so this appeal is Denied.
