After looking over the video briefly ive decided to do the following,
The first "RDM" dident really have clear proof that he dident own the base there, a building (even with no props) can be counted as a base if the doors are owned, and since the door was EMPed and you walked in he could shoot you.
But ill talk to him about the 2nd RDM since that seemed to be RDM indeed, altho it was very hard to see if it was actually him.
On one more note : Please watch your language calling someone a "moron" isent really nice...
