Hello!
After reviewing your report and checking the logs in game, i decided to Deny this report abuse. Unfortunately i was not able to check the death scene and since you didn't have ANY proof, there is not much i can do. You might have done something KOSable that round (passing by an unid'd body, kept following the person around after being warned by him e.t.c.).
Next time make sure you have enough proof before reporting someone at the forums. Also if there are staff online, report the player in game.
