I have read the demotion request and I have decided to deny this because I have spoken to Wiz and he has told me that you were taking printers, burning it then throwing it at the rocks. The proof to me does not show him doing anything wrong because Yes I can talk to him about using the hit to give you the warning but you did still break the rule and he can choose whether or not to warn you.
