After looking at your screen shot he wrote "I know how to DDOS " which he shouldn't even be mentioning to people as a joke so he will have some time added to his current ban that hes already serving. I wouldn't worry about the threat either half of the people who say they will do it couldn't DDOS their way out of a wet paper chicken nugget.
