The first part where it shows him looking like he TP'ed is just a bug and needs to be fixed "EMP" and the second part I can't really see him shooting the car but it looks like hes admitting to shooting above the car so I'm sure he knows that it didn't look right to you.

Anyways its denied for the reason of insignificant proof.
