From viewing the logs, I believe I have been able to figure out the whole story.
What I think happened was that at the start of the round, game or your life killed someone and this player than disconnected. Later on in the round, the detective got some DNA from the corpse which led to game or your life, who was in the nether. The detective then said that game or your life was in the nether, and mike then saw that game or your life was the only one in the nether, therefore killing them. I will share this story with Clarky and see what he says (when he comes online) and if I can, ask the person who was the detective that round what they say.
Personally, I do not think that staff are actually supposed to punish players if they "RDM" someone else and that person does not then report them because either a) they forgive the RDMer or b) they knew why they were killed and it was perfectly reasonable. That is just what I think, but I may be wrong.
