I´ve only been playing on server 1 because that´s the server I feel most comfortable with.

Languages I speak Prime languages are English, Swedish, Arabic and a bit of Français aswell.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR is a rule in most RP servers where the player must forget everything that occurred before he died and keep on with his life as nothing has happened, this includes not remembering any of the player he has talk with in his previous life. He can neither interact nor return to the district where he died for a limited amount of time.

For example if a Gangster raids the bank and dies at the bank district by a Swat. The Gangster is not allowed to return nor interact with the bank district for a limited amount of time (usually 3 minutes) and not even remember any of the people during the event.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when a player spreads In Character information through Out Of Character, sometimes to gain advantage. For example if play Gangster is getting raided and proceeds to spread this information or ask for help though OOC or any other technical platform (like TS or Skype) then it´s considered Metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player x.
I would start off by bringing player X to a quiet place and make him explain to me what happened in detail, I will make sure to take notes and ask for any valid evidence (Like a sceenshot or a video recording). Then I would bring player Y and hear his side of the story and start asking question to see if I can bust him in a lie. Also I would like to put some pressure on him, trying to make him confess by reminding him the consequences of lying in a sit . By using the logs and the story he just told I will make a conclusion and if proven guilty I will leave player Y with a warning and remind him to read the rules and not repeat the same actions so it doesn´t lead to a further punishment and return both players to their place.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses player Y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would hear both parties out and use the same tactics as the previous question. If things get heated I would separate both players from each other and check the logs. If player X didn´t have a valid reason to kill player Y in the first place then I would leave both players with a warning. Player X for RDM and player Y for revenge killing player X instead of doing an F1. But if Player X had a reason to kill player Y (such as a raid or mug) then I would count the killing from player Y as a revenge kill (RDM and NLR) and leave player Y with a warning and ask him to not repeat the same actions again, or otherwise it could lead to a harder punishment like a temporary ban. Atlast return both players to their previews location

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would start of by teleporting to player X to remind him that his breaking metagaming and ask him to not repeat it again by encourage him to read the rules and leave him with a verbal warning. If he proceeds to repeat the same mistake then I would leave him with a warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I´ve been a member on this server for a while now and I´ve gotten to know a lot of people from community. But it seems like there are still trolls around the server, lurking in the shadow and trying to ruin the fun for others. Usually when I’m online there are not many people online and most staffs are AFK. And it just suck that you can´t do anything about the situation. That´s why I know I’m going to be the perfect man for the job. Im very experience and have played over 700 hours on darkRP servers, and i can say ZarpRP is hands down the best one, but there could be some improvment. There are many times when I’m in the server and people rely on a staff to help them but when nothing gets done they suddenly feel hopeless and give up. When I’m online on the server there are usually no staff online and you can see all the abuse going on. I just look at my top right corner and it´s full of people who are getting demoted for rule breaking and the people can´t do anything about it. But these rule breakers are supposed to be taken care of by staff and that`s what I’m going to bring to the table. I’m going to erase all these trolls and hopefully make peoples day a little bit less shit.
