For the part disrespectful player: First you can verbaly warn the player and after you can gag/mute and warn him. After you can call an admin.You means ban ? Kick is just force a player to leave the game but he can come back just after. The ban command isn't allowed to the moderators.
Don't think you kick someone if he is AFK for 10 mins. Kick him after 6-10 rounds.
You seems like the ban command but mod hasn't that. I think you chose the easy option by wanting to ban (kick for a certain amount of time ).
