Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match is when player - kills player + without a role playing reason.
Player + walks player - and turns arround and shoots at player + for no reason. (RDM)

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule[NLR] means if you die in one place, you can't go the that district for 3 minutes.
If you die in rich house district untill your NLR is over or dont go the district untill your NLR is over.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is saying things in OOC about roleplay
(OOC) Richard: meet me base on rich house district meet me car dealler and raid the base.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player + accuses player - for RDMing him, the console log shows that player - killed player +

I would first teleport + and - To a suitable location eg: On a roof, Then I would ask each of them their story since a console log showing that - Killed + Could mean 100 things, I would ask if + Was Basing, If + Was a mutant and see their answers. Then I would ask + Why he killed -. I would then ask if + Or - Has proof of this RDM. If both of them had 0 Evidence towards each others, I would explain that nothing could be taken place until either of them can get proof towards this incident.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player + accuses player - for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console at a peak time.

I would first teleport + And - To a roof like any other sit and then first ask for Evidence , lets say + Killed - in spawn and then - Nlr'ed saying how he had no timer, I would explain saying even though you have no timer you cannot NLR In spawn even though it does not show the timer. I would verbally warm - Due to him not knowing this. I would ask that - Would read through the rules and he does not do this again.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

i have been playing on zarp and i realy feel like i want to get in the zarp community and be an effective member by helping others and help keeping respect and good experience for everyone and to help punishing guys who break the rules just to annoy people and its a good way to make new friends and i had experience with owning a server not garry's mod and i hade fun i have a bit experience with other stuff like Photoshop and i speak 2 languages and i have time to help and i respect players and staff and will try to help evry one as good as i can so i hope you accept my apply and thank you.
