How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

Player 1(Being Bullied), Player 2(Bully)
First i would ask player 2 NOT to bully other players, if they then continue I will proceed to move player 2 out of the channel and to a spacer in which I would then tell the player to stop bullying as it can cause damage or trauma to player 1. I would also state to player 2 that if it was to continue then he would be punished with a kick/ban.

I would also inform player 2 that bullying is not tolerated in anyway shape or form.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

Kick:
Kick player from a channel or server. Both require a reason supplied along with the kick.
This command should only be used in act of punishment, these cases are when a player is breaking ToU/TS3Rules, Situation of rulebreak listed above.

Ban:
Banning a player requires a reason same as the kick command.
Ban command should only be used as form as punishment as stated above with the kick command, however this should come after other methods of punishment have happened such as kick or verbal warning.

Move Client To Own Channel:
This command allows you to move the selected player to the current channel you are in, this can be useful as in a quick way to move a player.
Another way of moving a player is by dragging the name of a user to a different channel.

Set Server Group:
This command is used to set a user to a rank set on a server.
For example ranks on Zarp TS3 cosist of some of the (DarkRP ranks"Mod,Admin,SA,HA". TTT"Mod,Admin,Sa,HA", Etc for other zarp servers)
This feature is supplied to be able to give a user a rank if accepted for a specific rank in any one of the Zarp Community servers.

I have had experience with TS3 for the past few years, this has consisted of managing and hosting of my own private TeamSpeak. I'm always on Zarp Teamspeak when i am online and have experience in seeing rule breaks.

I also understand ToU/Rules of teamspeak and understand how to act accordingly due to experience as staff within the zarp community, This consisting of(SSRP Admin"Reapplied for", and now Surf Mod)
