Breaking Raid Timer

Story
Everything started when Verda and Jazzie tryed to raid our base [ All 3 floors (I owned all the doors)]
I told them that Tresspasing=Raiding as they were a threat to us so they started raiding by trying to shoot us, we killed Verda but Jazzie was still alive and he went on the bottom of the shaft ( The entrance ), after Jazzie went down and showed no sign of activly raiding we waited a couple of minutes and saw that the elevator was no moving from the bottom floor and either Verda nor Jazzie where on the 1st Floor or 2nd Floor as i had prop blocked them cause i owned the doors. After about 3-4 minutes i told them the raid was over and Verda responded with a "No its not over" as well as the Admin "Jazzie" who though what he did was right (to delay the raid so his friend has no nlr). I insisted that the raid was over because they showed no sign of activily raiding for the past 3-4 minutes so i repasted the dupe. Then Verda returns, goes to the 2nd Floor and starts HandCannoning the props that were there ( Meaning he started another raid within the 10 minutes of raid timer he had), so after him destroying the props i removed the remained parts of the dupe and repasted them with the reason that he broke raid timer which makes his raid invalid, after him continiously Handcannoning the dupe and me repasting it again and again right after, he starts to complain to his friend (Jazzie), then Jazzie teleported to me saying that i am repasting during a raid, but you can see yourself that when the elevator went down the raid went inactive and was clearly over. This is unacceptable, from Verda and Jazzie to try and lie that the raid is still active even though they did nothing for 4 minutes.
