I have been on the server with him many times, he doesn't show the qualities of staff and has been very rude. I was informing him of a rule today because he was saying someone couldn't kos him for not IDing a body, after I told him people can (calmly) he told me to stop crying, clearly he isn't concerned with learning or accepting the rules and that's not a good quality for someone who is supposed to enforce them.
