Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time

The first thing i would do is ask the player to spectate me by doing "!spectate", after that i will then go on to ask if they have played surf before to get an idea of the players skill.
I would explain to the player that to surf you use the keys A and D just like in Bhop.
A is for the right side of the ramp.
D is for the left side of the ramp.
After i have shown them what to do i would spectate the player, and then let them know of improvements or anything wrong.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
First thing i would do is ask them to stop spamming either in Voice chat or Text chat.
IF the player continues after i will give them a temporary mute/gag.
if continued after the mute/gag further punishments would be applied.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
I would first warn the player for exploiting and let them know not to use it again, then i would inform higher members of staff such as Admin or LeadTeam of the exploit so it can be fixed as quickly as possible.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I believe i should be chosen for staff because, I am active with in surf, I have also been playing surf for many years now, On top of that I have been staff within the Zarp community on SSRP as Admin giving me experience of administrating a server.
I've had experience with ULX in the past from staff on other communities. I also already know the standards of staff required within the community.
