Well this is surprising to me... The behaviour that is being shown is NOT acceptable from a staff member, they should stay neutral in every sit they can get in, and be polite to the user that is playing, i understand sometimes that people can get annoying but as a staff member you have to act professionally and just keep it in. Now that this is said, i wanna point out i had people come over to me and tell me they wanted Sinister promoted, since he did such a good job and he sat and helped users for long period of times ,and myself have seen great behaviour from Sinister and he has always been nice. This is not acceptable BUT he should not get demoted for it. A talking to and i am sure that this will never happen again
