What do you want to add?:

A new warning system that will improve the quality of roleplay and descent the amount of ragers. It would be a warning system per player having [0/3] warnings. This could be for any report that didnt have clear evidence but witnesses and/or repeated trolling. When 3/3 warnings has been reached, a one hour ban applies to the player saying "You must be doing something wrong, calm down and come back in an hour."

Why does it need to be added?:

This would make it easier to deal with issues rather then having the black/white option of not punishing or banning for longer terms.. a mid-solution. If the experienced admins agree on this point, I see no harm in experimenting with such system. Besides it can be a measurement for the 'trusted player' suggestion done by someone else.
