I don't think an automatic ban would be great. But rather a log of strikes, or just kicks and warns. That way, when an admin pulled up the log, they could see if this player had been having problems of this type before. I just feel like 3 strikes may sometimes be too harsh, depending on the reason for the strike. Also, I think after a certain period of time after the strike was issued, the strike should be wiped/greyed out, and the person isn't judged for them.
