Gonna be honest here, this post is retarded.

1) The economy isn't broken, if it is then prove it.
2) Getting bored of the server? Then don't play. You are not forced to stick on ZARP all the time and you can just quite happily move along to another game/server.
3) New hacks? I haven't heard of these 'new hacks' before until you said that which I find incredibly hard to believe unless again, you've got proof to back this up. We're always going to have to challenge hackers and rulebreakers too, isn't that a staff's duty to do so? No server is perfect of rulebreakers, especially when ZARP is one of the most popular DarkRP servers.
4) Read 2) then read 4) until you get what I mean.
5) It's normal for people to come and go. We get new players coming onto the server as some may leave, it always works like that.

By reading the rest of your post, I'm guessing that you are suggesting that everyone's progress should be reset? So the hard work some people have made by trying to get good items and more money is just going to be wiped out, like it's a complete waste of time and it would lose a lot of players including myself, seeming that I worked incredibly hard to gain my items back when I wasn't as much as a skilled player as I am today (Not meaning to brag, just pointing out that I have improved by playing the server more and more). People even spent their real life money into the servers for booster pack benefits, even some may struggle with real life money as well.

TL;DR (Not really one but I wanted to keep with the trend ): The things you have brought up are just completely stupid and makes no sense whatsoever. If you don't like the server then go play something else. Or maybe come up with some constructive reasonable ideas and suggestions for the server if you think it's missing something that would be a good addition. "SAVE YOUR SERVER" when it's not even near the risk of ending. It's just that time when quite a bunch of people go due to mainly real life issues, such as school or just want to generally move on, which is normal since like I said
