Negatives:

- A lot of complaints about not knowing the rules (Windows told me this ingame)
- Forgot the rules (Even when I screenshotted it for him but he said it was allowed due to other admin apparently saying it's allowed)
- Nothing else...

I myself have nothing against Windows, but I didn't want to make it unfair and put the wrong thing so I used Neutral for this Application...
