Surf Related
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time I'd possibly first will tell them multiple Tips & Tricks on how to update their surf skills and get better at it, and if that doesn't increase any of his skill, I'd tell him to spectate me, and while he spectates me, I'll drop some sentences of what I'm doing and how to do it, etc. (or I'd just simply give them a link to a tutorial on how to surf)

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming. I'd mute them for 5 minutes or more, related to how they act, if it was something related to racism, I'd contact an administrator to come over and does what he insists for EX: such as ban or kick, for racism, because as moderator, the only permission I have is kick, of which if there's no administrator to assist me, then I'd kick him for racism!

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server. I'd first ask to see If they'll tell the truth or lie, honestly I'd first of all tell them to turn it off if they tell the truth, if they continue to lie, and say they're not EXPLOITING I'd contact an administrator to come on and give them a ban!

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words). I mainly am respectful, I know there's some recent problems that have been going on with me, but that's been fixed now, I'm sure that I won't let you down, and I'll bring the server some members! I'll make sure that the Community stays safe, I'll make sure to get rid of those rule breakers that come on to mess up our member's time, and overall I mainly just want to make sure the server stay safe from any rule breakers that come on to mess it up!

Extra Information: (Not Required) I'm an experienced player on SSRP, I'm a VIP, I'm good at ZARP BHOP, etc.
