NOTE : Again sorry for the notes... However My excuse about the flags. I fergot to save the banner as a PSD file...

Trough use of both text and showing what has to be done ill slowly explain how it works step for step.
what buttons to press and wich buttons NOT to press! And if extra help is required i can always link them trough to a video or some guide richard is gonna make.

If someone is micspamming in the server a few things could be done and what i would do is.
I First tell them to stop.
II If they refuse ill give them a mute.
III If after the mute they continiue ill mute them again this time for a increased time. (and if added give them a warning too).
IV And after all that id either permmute or kick them.
NOTE : If disrespect was present a warning for disrespect would be placed

Exploiting. This diffrences on the actual severity of the exploit. If it would be a exploit that wont cause major trouble (EXMPL:Massive speedboost) Id tell them not to do it again and report the exploit to one of the owner / developers.
If they are to do it again i would ineed issue a warning or even get an admin to ban them.
IF its a major exploit, id still report it to a owner / dev / high staff. And i would get an admin to ban the exploiter.
NOTE : Id also try to figure out what is causing the exploit and report that with it.

I would say if i could. I have experiences with staff situations such as those on SSRP. But i see myself having some if not, a lot of free time and since this server is new i think lets give it a shot.
I would imagen it to be a fun and i wont mind helping another server within the community.
Besides that all that may come in the future for surf will have to be seen. And id like to be a part of the team that will have an (slightly bigger) impact on making this server into a good one.(Staffteam jeez)
