Well "common sense" is relative. What you think is common sense, may be very different from someone else's opinion of what it is.

For example, about a week ago, I was walking up behind someone who was about to raid a house, all of a sudden, a mod teleported to the person and said "I'm just here to help raid". He then joined the group and raided. I have seen a great deal of needless teleporting, I've had mods TP to me saying "Oops I was trying to get to the fountain", leading me to believe they are using players as "fast travel" locations, and TPing to random players till they get to where they need to go.

I don't have a huge opinion on whether or not something should be made, however, I don't think it would hurt. Plus, I'm sure Zarp wants to have the best admins/mods possible, and I think this could be beneficial.
