Even though, in my perspective, just saying "Hitler" or "Stalin" with no context doesn't really mean much; more so as I'm not one to get offended easily. But it's still a sensitive topic, I know people to this day who are still uncomfortable talking about the horrifying events that took place during the second World War. It's like talking about 9/11, sure, it might not offend you specifically but it is, and probably always will be a sensitive subject.

All-in-all, the discrimination and graphic material rules are already in place and we need to start being more proactive when enforcing these rules.
