Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.if someone mass rdms has a innapropriate spray and Ltaps then it would be appropriate to use the ban command for either 12 hours or 1 day

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?if you cheat like hack then you will not be forgiven and you will be permenantaly banned until you dont use the hack anymore and i until i know that you are not gonna cheat anymore then i will remove the ban but i will still be cautious but if this is their first ban i will go a bit easy on him.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).i should be promoted cause i dont abuse my mod commands i use the warn command appropriatly and the slay command i wont slay a person or warn a person until i have had enough information on the person that has been reported. i will only kick a person if they have a innapropriate spray and i tell them to change.If i give them 3 warnings and they dont change then i will kick them. I will also kick a person if the have a name that has letter that are not english and i give him 3 warnings then i will kick him and tell him to change his name.
