Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Random Death Match (RDM) Is killing a player for a non vaild rp reason. Example:
John is standing afk in spawn and Mike decides to kill John just for fun.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule (NLR) means that you cant return to the district you died in for 3 minutes (there is a timer on the top of the screen).
You also have to forgett everything that happend in your life when you respawn. Example:
John is trying to protect his base while Mike is raiding it and John dies
but instead of waiting 3 minutes before returning to his base he runs back instantly and kill Mike.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming, is when you type a rp situation in ooc chat instead of advert chat. Example:
(ooc) John: I need all cops to the bank now there is a robbery going on!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

First I would ask what reason y had for killing x, and if x had a valid reason I would ask them both for proof.
If for example x had proof like a recorded video of y killing him for no reason I would warn y for rdm.
But if y had a proof that he/she killed x for a reason I would warn x for false reporting

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would first ask for proof from x and ask y if y knows what nlr is and if he does know Ill ask him what it is and if he doesent know I would tell him what it is.
And if x had good proof of y breaking nlr I would give him a verbal warning first and if he did it again I would warn him.

I really enjoy playing on Zarp and I play every day, I want to help the server as much as I can.
I have also been staff on other gmod rp servers and Im familliar with ulx and the commands.
I try to follow the rules as much as possible and be a nice person.
I also have a mic so I can communicate easier with other people.
I have some staff friends that I can ask for help if I need help with a f1 for example.
I will try to do f1s alot since I think stuff like f1s are pretty fun.
