Story - What happend?

I became a miner, drove over to the mines, then pulled a T-Gun out and killed 2 miners. Shortly after I realized what I was doing and I started making my way over to my car to go and defib the miners but by the time I could get in my car Para had froze me. I was dropping my T-Gun so it finally reached the timer and it had dropped infront of Para. He then proceeded to delete it (which was un-neccesary in my opinion). He then pulled the banning screen up without giving me anytime to explain what I was doing next (trying to defib them).

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?

This wasn't a valid ban reason. I shouldn't have been banned for a week. And clearly this defies the staff ethos because as quoted by EMP: "Wherever possible use powers such as mute, freeze and jail instead of banning and kicking". The ban could have been avoided easily by working with the new ethos.

I am really sorry for this terrible, horrible rulebreak. I shouldn't have even been online while I was tired and in a bad mood. This infraction was completely my fault but I feel like I should be given another chance because a warn or kick should've been issued out instead of a week ban.
