how would it benefit the server?: I think it will do this because people like to talk ad not type as much and having a timer makes the server quite and like any other server. Also say if someone is killing you and you don't have timer or lines binded to your keys then how will you say KOS <Name> . It also may annoy people by getting in the way of them talking to someone else. I think people liked the server without it alot more.
