Perhaps personally I'd like a bit more information about you, since this seemed a bit "settled" in gaming, and nothing about you... For an example, have you been mod or staff Before, or do you have any experience with handeling people Before?

And i would not really warn them if they don't calm down... I would give them a mute timer rather, then warn, since a warn is permenant and the human mind works in a way that it can't change hormons in 10 sec.
