NLR x2 and a big gun as a shop owner

Story
Killed me prior to the NLR incident, I hit was placed on me and he began to fire at me, I killed him. He proceeded to break NLR by shooting at me again and I killed him again. He broke NLR a second time and successfully killed me.
The big gun incident seemed like he was involved in a 1v1, pretty self-explanatory, he equipped a PSG and knowingly used it as a shop owner.
