I don't have a problem with people disappearing for 10 or so minutes. It's not necessarily a massive problem at that point. Again, I will reiterate. This is people who sit in spectator for 30 minutes and above (which in my opinion, is a significant period of time consider we ask for 4 hours weekly, which equates to just under 35 minutes a day) not replying to players, other staff, not handling reports etc.
