This needs to be globally ironed out and clarified. We were told that there's nothing wrong with time farming and "as long as they're doing their job its fine" when time farming implies they're not doing anything. Yet, when we ask if there's anything we can do about it, we're told to report them to the lead team. But surely there is absolutely no point in doing so if the same people said there's nothing wrong with it?

Please have this dealt with, it's absolutely ridiculous how such a simple concept is causing so many problems for the staff team.
