To be honest, the admin chat is fine as it is. Staff members can say jokes and talk about non-serious stuff cause why not? There's no need to make staff feel like they are in a class and they should not say anything that doesn't have to do with the lesson or else the teacher will put them in detention! That's ridiculous. In my opinion staff should be spoken to only if they are ghosting, being racist or spamming in the admin chat. Not because they made a joke so other staff can laugh while working. Staff members join the server to relax after school/work. Let's not make them feel like they are in a class/office again...
