Basicly a "Ethos" change?

How would it benefit the server:
No more bullshit and useless things in admin chat. Only staff issues/problems and things that do actually matter

Additional notes:

currently the admin chat is being used as second main chat, but then only with staff. The Admin chat is there to discuss staff issues/problems etc. Not a discussion about raisins and cookies or something else. Go post and chat your discussion in the regular chat.
