How to fix the server so we don't have to suggest another server!

- Ban autoclickers
- Remove basing/nuking in top floor of nexus. [Just to cops only, is the Mayor offce after all]
- Buff all the non-used weapons, so if I feel using an ak, I can use an ak.
- Stop releasing printers, we have enough of them!
- Stop releasing op instaholster suits!
- Buff RPG, Milkor and Matador!
- Make Printer Booster Upgrade not tradable or giftable!
- Can't think about more issues, help me.
