Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I was a moderator around 3-4 months ago so it's hard to remember but as a moderator it's harder because you have less commands to work with so you can't catch rulebreakers as easy as admins because you have to freeze them with the command to make them stop and if they kept on doing that then if said moderator had the power to ban because that user kept breaking the rules and had many recent warnings then they could ban them for a certain amount of time.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I was a moderator quite a time ago but i remember this one guy who kept on getting warnings by me because he kept on breaking too many rules so i asked an admin to come and they checked their recent warnings and it was a lot so they banned them.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello! Congratulations on your new moderator rank! We are glad to see you on the staff team and we hope you will do well! So firstly what I am going to do is i am going to list all of the available commands that a moderator has and what they do and what you need them for!
Kick
firstly i will be starting with the kick command. So what this command does it kicks a certain user out of the server. If someone was name change abusing by putting any swear words or disrespectful things in their name they will be kicked. When i was a moderator i didn't use it that much but it does come in handy!
Chat Mute
So what chat mute does is it mutes someone's chat for a certain amount of time this is commonly used for people who are disrespecting in chat or spamming the chat. You usually mute someone before you warn them.
Global Mute
So what global mute does is that it mutes a player globally meaning they cannot talk in chat or on microphone. A staff member will usually use this when a person is spamming chat and mic spamming or being disrespectful in mic and chat
Unban from Job
This command is used for when someone is false demoted. What this command does it if someone is false demoted moderators can unban a user from a certain job they have been demoted from.
Freeze
So what freeze does is that it freezes someone in place if they are rdming someone and a moderator happens to see it they can quickly freeze the person who is rdming. This can also be used for someone who is mass rule breaking and if they were doing that you would usually call an admin.
Goto
So what goto does is that you goto that player that you have selected. This is usually used for teleporting to someone for a sit. And other things such as you see someone rule breaking from afar and you see their name you can freeze and goto them.
Back
What back does is that it returns someone to their original position before you have teleported them or it teleports you back to the last position you were at before you did a sit.
Teleport
What teleport does is that where ever you are facing you teleport to that position. For example if you were facing a wall from a long distance if you type /tp you will be teleported to where you are facing.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello! It looks like i have banned you for prop spam because you were trying to crash the server. I have taken a look over your appeal and i see you are sorry and you won't do it again. Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think i should be promoted/accepted because i have a lot of experience of being a staff member i was an admin before on SSRP and i am an admin now on deathrun. I have also been very active on SSRP lately and i am prepared to be dedicated to the gamemode once again! I also think that i should be promoted is because I think i would fit well in the staff team again and it will be a fun and interesting journey. I am also trusted with powers because i have many staff positions across the community. I hope i can get accepted and thanks for reading my application!
