Having a TeamSpeak head admin at the opposite time zone is very good.
Though the problem i have is, How is are you gonna handle appeals during your time zone. the majority of the teamspeak staff is in the European area.

I would like to hear a creative way on how you would handle appeals witht he limits you have due to your time zone !
