This should've been automatically refunded when you reconnected to the server, you should've receive a refund using the /refund command.

Story: So I had just placed a GCP down when suddenly the server started lagging to bits and tons of bugs were being found. So the server restarted. Now I came back and I tried doing /restore all and it didn't do anything. That's basically it!
