Brief description of the issue/bug: There is no start of finish point on the maps or they are just broken!

Issue/Bug: Stupid WR bug

Brief description of the issue/bug:

Me and Stoney kept beating the map record with slower and slower times.

Also your PB time doesn't get saved unless you get the WR.

i.e.
person A beats a map in 41:34 seconds and gets map record
person B beats the map in 41:53 and gets map record
person A beats the map in 42:65 and gets map record

The personal best box shows the time for 42:65 for person A instead of 41:34 which is the faster time.

This is due to Chute reuploading all the maps on the fastDL(that Luan hadn't removed or looked at) this was done to fix such issues as "map differs from the server".
