Issue/Bug: Searching player on F1 Activity gives lua error

Brief description of the issue/bug: I wanted to see someones activity so I searched them by steamID because I couldn't be bothered going on to game tracker and I got an error, Only happens when the user is offline, it shows their activity information I don't know what exactly doesn't work, but errors are bad

Lua errors:
Extra Information: I don't know, It only happens if the user I'm searching is offline, maybe it's unresolvable

Edit: I also now realize this is more of a Pointshop bug not really surf but I was on surf at the time so I'll put it here thanks.
