Scoreboard not showing all players

Brief description of the issue/bug:
The scoreboard isn't showing all players when more than 15 people are online, there needs to be a scroll feature added

As you can see in the chat theres a moderator on but since theres more than 15 people on he doesn't show up in the scoreboard, this is probably the same on bhop but i've never seen more than 15 people so im not sure
