Story - So i was warned 10mins or so before this because i shot someone randomly and i accepted the punishment.I then started wondering around and i ended up on top of spawn(using the elevator).I then started to test random weapons just shooting not killing anyone.A guy uses the elevator and comes up and starts shooting me i was lucky and had health and armour.He did this multiple times breaking nlr.Every time he came up he kept tring to kill me.

Extra information - I think the guy who i was killing should be banned for continually breaking nlr and attempted rdm
