I have looked upon your request and there isn't sufficient proof of the PropSpam. We're unsure if he's spawning the props or not. Next time, please try to record a video of it showing the player spawning the props. He will be punished for Mass RDM though (The video provided by Alexzander/SadMan), according to his recent punishments (If he hasn't been punished already.) Thank you for your report.
