When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? When they get too agressive or doesn't follow any rules

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? I can work 5 hours a day. it can help because i can play as an admin who can do more than just giving warnings to annoying players

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words) Because i hate people who doesn't follow rules and the people who go beyond the rules that may be annoying to other loyal players in the server and i like to have the responsibilities to manipulate a server even though im not really that powerful in it. i want to give other peace in the servers by kicking out annoying players that don't listen to any admins or obey rules.
