Suggestion Title:
Remove the Mandatory use of 75 words

How would it benefit the server:
Does not pressure people to write more then they have to . Quality over quantity

So as i want to start this suggestion off with stating that the only reason i am putting this out here is because i got a fellow staff member recently asking me if he would get denied if he did not use the 75 words minimum.
I was a little shocked when he asked me because i thought it was never mandatory in the first place.

I am a strong believer in quality over quantity and that you should not force someone to write a specific amount of words of why he or she should be promoted. It is a very normal thing that people are really bad about writing something positive about them selfs . I feel that it should be turned from mandatory to recommended.
BECAUSE our most popular server SSRP uses a recommendation and not a mandatory section for the amount of words needed.
The same goes for bhop at this moment they do not force you to write more then you want to.
