It is because the newer generation staff does not feel safe making decisions based on 'logs'. I myself have been in many sits where the first thing I was asked was proof. They don't even speak to the other side, it's very annoying, but maybe it is just how 'new' generation of folks handle this.
Back in the days things weren't like this. People use to do it all based on logs and stories. Might have taken longer, but I still managed a record of 105 sits in 24 hours. I think it's quite good, but sadly it's not like this anymore.
Actually it could be, because how the staff judge is actually based on their own, or if I remember currectly such is 'told/taught' by Zarp lead team. Meaning in more definite speech, that it is up to the individual staff to make individual judgements.
^ My point btw, is that some staff are afraid their actions will lead to a demotion.
