It happens too often that some staff don't handle the F1 if you can't provide proof. At the very least bring the accused player, get both sides of the story and make a decision based on that, I feel like a lot of the newer staff aren't being taught that.. I was actualy told by a staff member at the start of a sit "no proof, no point making f1". (This is a small minority of staff members, not all)
