From when I first started playing CeeZee was there helping me to progress in the server and providing help and links whenever possible. Furthermore, his paranoia planning gives us his constant recording. This means that we almost always have evidence when he's punished someone wanting to cause an issue.
3. CZ Easy.

There are many more capable and competent members that would fit well as a lead team member. Just being active would show you these people.
