Bhop Related

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: I would show them how to Bhop by showing them how to bounce first at the start zone, then I would explain to them how to strafe for example, when they look left the need to press "a" and when they look right they need to press "d", I would also explain to them not to hold the "w" as that is a common beginner mistake.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: If someone was Text/Mic Spamming, I would ask the player nicely to stop, if they don't stop I would then proceed to gag/mute the player so that he cannot do it again.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If I found someone exploiting the server, I would ask them nicely to stop, if they refuse then I would give them one more chance to stop if they don't then I would proceed to kick them, if they rejoin and do it again, I would contact an Admin+ to ban them for exploiting.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I think I should be chosen as I am very active at the moment, I'm also very trusted within the community, hence my current ranks, I also have quite a bit of experience, thus being on other servers and other games, I.E CS:GO.
