Story -
I was making a report about someone telling me to kill my self, then para comes in and i tell him what happens. Then he just says dont waste my time and leaves. I get a bit triggered and then I make another report and eventually get moved into a spacer with para and max and someone else (cant remember) at this point I explain what happens and then I get banned for 7 days with TOU. I guess the ban is for wasting their time. Even though I was making genuine reports that I genuinely wanted to get completed, but para ignored it, thought I was joking and I end up getting banned.
