Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well i feel like when i first got mod i was really rusty, and i dont have that feeling anymore i feel like i am almost at the top of my game again and i know how to handle every single sit that i will be put in! And i know for a pure fact that the people that know me also know that i am a good and hard working staff member

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Well i don't feel that i have encountered a situation that was and obstacle for me due to my previous positions, i feel that i know how to handle every single sit you can be placed in since i have tried tons and tons of different ones in my time on Zarpgaming

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
I would go through every command (both in the tab menu and the chat commands) that you are given as a moderator, tell the user why he has those commands when he needs to use the commands and why he needs to use the commands, also i would try and teach the user how to handle different situations that he for sure would be placed in when he would become a moderator. Then i would go through the f1 menu and and tell him the easiest way to go about reading logs and stuff like that, and i would finish off with the f6 menu and tell him that is something that he always wanna check if he is about to punish a person, and tell him that there is not ALWAYS a reason to punish a person because he might have broken a rule since a lot of the time a talking to is plenty.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would start of looking at how long the person has been banned for, and if the person has been banned for a quite a while and are still willing to spend their free time on making an appeal and are actually extremely sorry about what they have done, i would unban the person probably add them on steam or leave them a message on the appeal saying that they really need to take stuff like this serious because they might not be as lucky next time since prop spam/crashing the server is taking very seriously

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
The reason i think that i should be promoted is because i feel that i am ready to get more responsibility for the server and i am ready to help out the community even more with appeals and stuff like that. Also the time i am usually on is very late at night where there is not a lot of staff members on and there is tons of people breaking a lot of rules, so i want to be able the do more about it and make sure that everyone is having a great time on the server, it is way easier as a admin to maintain control over a server than it is as a mod, due to the some of the new commands that you get "spectate,noclip,jail" Also i know a lot of people wanna see me get back up in the ranks and i know people believe in me and know what i can do and offer as a staff member!

NOTE

I know that people are gonna comment on this (my gametime) and trust me the gametime looks terrible and that is because i really dont RP anymore. i am almost 100% of the time i am on staff on duty BUT you guys can also see that some days it says i have 0 gametime but i have score on the same day. So i am really hoping that some people can vouch for me, not just as a staff member but also for my gametime, me and gametracker is really not good friends at all it does not reocrd half my gametime.
